How long does setup take?
Most fleets go live the same day. A 50-car operator typically finishes setup in under two hours including driver invitations.
Do drivers need a special device?
No. Drivers install the TraffyGo app on any Android or iOS phone they already own. There is no proprietary hardware to buy or maintain.
What happens if the internet drops?
The driver app queues jobs and GPS pings locally and syncs them automatically once the connection is back. No data is lost.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, data is stored on encrypted AWS RDS volumes, and we are fully GDPR compliant. You own your data and can export it any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can downgrade or cancel from the panel at any time and you will only be billed for the current month.
